Work opportunities
Connections to employment, internships, learnerships, project work and other paid opportunities offered by participating partners.
Development creates a foundation. Access to opportunities helps young people put that foundation into practice.
Chosen Epics works with a network of partners to help young people explore suitable opportunities and prepare for participation. We support connections between young people and organisations that can offer a meaningful next step.
Different participants have different interests, circumstances and levels of readiness. We explore options that fit the person and the opportunities available, rather than assuming everyone needs the same pathway.

Explore routes into employment and gain the practical skills and confidence to take your next step.
Explore work opportunitiesInformation and support depend on programme arrangements, eligibility and partner availability. We do not guarantee jobs, placements, funding or income.
Our role is to bridge learning and real-world possibilities, rather than treat participation in a programme as the end of the journey.
Explore a participant’s interests, existing capabilities and the type of work, learning or enterprise pathway they want to pursue.
Identify practical preparation needs, including communication, workplace expectations, applications or basic enterprise skills.
Where suitable opportunities exist, share information or facilitate introductions through employers, educators and enterprise partners.
Where programme and partner arrangements permit, follow up on next steps and identify additional support that may be useful.
For organisations running structured youth initiatives, this can include planning transitions and exit opportunities. For individual young people, it may begin with finding a course, a first job, a business opportunity or practical support.
Each pathway depends on the opportunities available and the participant’s circumstances.
Plan a pathway togetherWe help participants identify their interests and readiness, prepare for relevant opportunities and connect with suitable providers. Where arrangements allow, we follow up to understand participation and progress, and help identify further support.
For organisations supporting a defined group of young people, we can work together to plan suitable next steps beyond the initial programme.
