Information you provide
When you use our contact form, we request your name, email address, enquiry category, and message. You may also provide your organisation and city or province. Please do not send identity numbers, bank details or sensitive documents through the form.
Why we use it
We use the details you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss programmes or opportunities with you. Sending an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in a programme or guarantee an opportunity.
How enquiries are delivered
When online form delivery is configured, enquiries are sent to Chosen Epics through an email delivery provider and handled by the email services used to send and receive messages. When online delivery is unavailable, the form instead opens your own email application with a prepared message; nothing is sent until you choose Send in your email application. Chosen Epics uses received enquiries to respond to the purpose for which you contacted us.
